Medicrso ships orders from the Netherlands to the United States, the United Kingdom, and most European Union countries. All shipments are prepared with discreet packaging and are sent using tracked delivery.

United States
We ship to most U.S. states using tracked courier delivery.

United Kingdom
Orders can be shipped throughout the UK using reliable international delivery.

European Union
We ship to most EU countries with standard courier services from the Netherlands.

Estimated Delivery Times

• European Union: typically 1–3 business days
• United Kingdom: typically 2–4 business days
• United States: typically 3–5 business days

Packaging

All orders are prepared with privacy and discretion in mind:

• Two airtight vacuum-sealed layers
• Plain outer packaging with no branding
• No product description on the outside of the parcel
• Syringes cleaned before packaging

Tracking

Tracking information is provided after your order has been dispatched. You can use the tracking number to follow the shipment until delivery.

Replacement Policy

If a parcel is lost or held during transit, we provide a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
